Travel Buddy Partner Agreement
Last updated: April 2026
1. Commission Structure
Partners earn 50% of net revenue from each customer who signs up using their referral code. Net revenue means the amount received after payment processor fees. Commission is calculated monthly based on active subscriptions attributed to the partner's code.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are issued monthly, net-30 (30 days after the end of each calendar month)
- Minimum payout threshold: $25. Balances below $25 roll over to the next period.
- Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. Partners must provide valid payment details.
- Travel Buddy reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud or abuse is suspected.
3. Discount Rules
- Partners may offer their audience a discount of 0%–50% on Travel Buddy plans.
- Minimum customer payment: $2/month. Discounts that would result in a customer paying less than $2/month are not permitted.
- Discount percentages are set at the time of partner registration and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice to Travel Buddy.
