Service Description

Travel Buddy ("the Service") is an AI-powered trip planning assistant that operates within WhatsApp group chats. The Service reads messages to extract travel information and provides itinerary management, question answering, and optional flight monitoring.

Acceptable Use

By using Travel Buddy, you agree to:

• Only add Travel Buddy to groups where all participants consent to its presence
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to extract data about other users through the Service
• Not send spam, malicious content, or abuse the Service

Accuracy

Travel Buddy uses AI to extract and organize travel information. While we strive for accuracy, the Service may occasionally misinterpret details. Always verify critical travel information (flight times, confirmation codes, addresses) against your original booking confirmations. Travel Buddy is a planning aid, not a substitute for your airline or hotel's official communications.

Payment

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Trip Pass and Unlimited) are billed as described on our pricing page. Trip Pass is a one-time payment. Unlimited is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Travel Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed flights, incorrect itinerary information, or any damages arising from use of the Service. Travel Buddy does not replace official travel documents, airline notifications, or hotel confirmations.

Termination

You can stop using Travel Buddy at any time by removing it from your WhatsApp group. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
